So I went to Ewan for quite a while, I went and would do a session and not take full advantage of all the things he had to offer, food plans, advice, proper coaching. I would do a Personal session and then slum at home and still eat rubbish. At my worst I was at around 18 stone. Around late November ‘19 Ewan got me started on a proper plan as I was this time, determined to start to see results. From November to around February, before lockdown, I had started going to the gym two times a day, sometimes doing 3 group sessions and following Ewan’s eating plans I really saw results. I went from 18 stone to about 15.7 in that time. During lockdown, he would message me daily, checking in, calling, asking me what I need for this to keep going while everything was going on. He catered to me and my needs. He listened when it was tough to find motivation and kept me going. I recommend anyone who has struggled as before, I was the moodiest, least happy person you’d see. But now I’m happier than I have been for a long time and starting to feel comfortable in who I am. Ewan’s work to get me where I am has helped me both mentally and physically. “After 2 years of wanting to and thinking I didn’t have the time, or worried about failing. I finally signed up with Ewan for Personal Training and what better time than during lockdown. So I’m on week 4 and loving it. I wanted to get more toned and motivated. Ewan has been brilliant at keeping me motivated and finding the right food and workout plan for me. It’s crazy how after a workout, exhausted, sweating and aching, 20 minutes later I’m raring to go again. Wish I had done it 2 years ago.
